Michigan Earns Third Place Finish at WCLA National Championship

The Wolverines traveled to Virginia Beach, VA, to compete in the 2023 WCLA National Championship, earning a third place overall finish. The team was ranked fourth entering the tournament. After defeating #13 Arizona State and #12 Virginia, Michigan faced the defending national champions, #1 Boston College, in the final four. 

Michigan had a hard-fought battle against the Eagles, but ultimately came up short. The team beat #3 Pitt in the third place game, earning a third place finish nationally for the 2023 season.
